Heritage Care – providing specialist wound care services

Victorian aged care provider Heritage Care, in conjunction with expert wound consultants Wound Wise, is pleased to provide specialized wound care services at its residential aged care homes. Specialized wound care complements Heritage Care’s existing specialised care initiatives, which collectively are designed to meet the complex care needs of residential aged care residents.

Working with Wound Wise, Heritage Care will provide specialized care, clinical guidelines, staff education and ongoing auditing of best practice wound management and care services. Heritage Care’s specialised wound care initiative is driven by a consultative advisory committee comprising Heritage Care, Wound Wise wound consultants and other allied health professionals and is chaired by Wound Wise Director Melinda Brooks
