About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator who is ready to make a difference to an already established home and team. You will be involved in the set up from the get go. Responsible for the planning and implementation of Leisure and Lifestyle activities and requirements at the home.
Support and management of the Lifestyle Team
Carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
Planning, implementation and active participation in the delivery of activities
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of programs, reflecting any changes to residents' needs and preferences
Liaise with residents and their families.
Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking preferred
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI Framework (desirable)
Ability to mentor and educate?
Excellent observation, attention to detail and reporting skills?
Clear spoken and written skills??
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience using a computerised Care Management System (AXIS knowledge desirable)
Outstanding computer literacy.
Must have a Current NDIS Workers Screening check, COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination.
