We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly driven and capable manager with a passion for people and aged care to take on this dynamic and challenging role.

You will report to the Group General Manager of Operations and be responsible for leading, managing, monitoring and delivering on all expected outcomes as per the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC), other regulatory requirements, Human Resources and Financial Management.

Requirements
Registered Nurse with current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
A strong and proven track record in the aged care sector
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
IT Proficiency (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
Axis experience would be advantageous
Manage time efficiently
Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
