The trail footpath is only metres from our boundary of the home so residents can feel a part of the community by ‘people watching’ while sitting in the garden.

A Basic Daily Care Fee of $54.69 per day, is applicable to all residents entering either permanent care or respite, regardless of which residence you may choose.
- RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit) is the amount charged for a suite.
- DAP (Daily Accommodation Payment) an interest payment payable on an unpaid non-supported accommodation cost.
- COMBINATION Payment is when part RAD is paid and the remaining amount outstanding at the current interest rate (MPIR) 5%
Example: RAD/DAP combination is paid 50% RAD x 5% DAP on remainder of RAD at 5% - Means Tested Care Fee: This is a fee calculated by Centrelink based on assessment of your income and assets, (this is not applicable to all people).
- Fees and charges effective from 20th March 2022.
- MPIR (Maximum Permissible Interest Rate) effective from 1st July 2022.
Pricing is dependent on individual means and asset testing.
Payment can be made via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a combination of both.
