The senior management team extends their heartfelt appreciation to all employees across Victoria and New South Wales for their outstanding contributions.
In the face of challenging conditions, our staff has shown remarkable resilience, empathy, dedication, and professionalism in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the elderly is truly commendable.
On this special day, we want to give particular thanks to Linda Tien, our esteemed Clinical Care Manager. Linda has been an invaluable member of the Heritage Care team for over six years, and her dedication and expertise have made her a true asset to her fellow colleagues.
Linda’s journey into healthcare was influenced early on by her Grandma and mother, who instilled in her the importance of giving back to society. As a nurse, Linda has wholeheartedly embraced this calling and has never looked back. Her compassion, skill, and unwavering commitment to providing quality care have undoubtedly touched the lives of many residents and their families.
